Arizona Man's Chupacabra Video

There seems to be a few supposed Chupacabra videos appearing lately, didn't blog about the last one caught on a police camera because it looked like an unhealthy dog... and so does this one.

"An Arizona man claims he has video proof of the legendary chupacabra... He says he has dogs and knows what a dog looks like, but claims, "this is no dog." - abc.com

I can see the resemblance between the creature in this video and others to the more outlandish descriptions of Chupacabra, scaly skin, claws, teeth, spines, forked tongues etc, most mangy dogs look like that. My cousin had a dog that succumbed to some horrible disease, he was a beautiful dog who ended up mangy and nasty and by the claims made of this video, my cousins dog may have been a Chupacabra.

Pendulum 'Granite'

Bobbed my head to this tune quite a few times, never knew anything about it, but the video's premo as. It's a music video from Pendulum titled Granite and features a mash-up of U.F.O footage, news coverage... I don't recognize any of it and my guess is most of it's fabricated, if not all of it. The visual look of the U.F.Os in the video looks quite a lot like supposed real U.F.O footage I see on a daily basis.

If anything this video gets me pumped for fake spotting.

Stan Romanek's Lie Detector Results

Did Stan Romanek's peeping alien footage ever get released? I stopped following after I saw the results of the joke videos that appeared, I actually thought some of those could have been real.

The video is audio from Coast to Coast AM presenting the audio from Stan Romanek's lie detector test. All this dilly dallying around with this and even the Georgia Bigfoot hoax, I'm convinced when real concrete evidence surfaces it'll hit us all hard and fast and be all out in the open.

My First PhotoShop Painting

I just watched some stunning Photoshop painting tutorials from CarlosCabrera awhile ago and I thought I'd have a go at it with the drawing tablet I've had for years and never used.

I chose something obvious to create and decided to get out of my comfort zone and actually use some colour and had a really great time. I'll definitely be practicing more with painting in photoshop, maybe it'll finally help me understand how to work with colour.

The alien I painted is far from finished, but I think it's pretty nifty for a first go.

Gym Ghost Video

This video comes from the cameras of a gym located in Kansas, the motion detectors triggered the camera into action and the experts say a bug or dust wouldn't have been able to trigger it, they're stumped to what it may be.

Is it just me or does every single ghost video that makes it to main stream media look exactly like this one, a floating, out of focus smudge caught on a security cam. But what about the motion detector, I have no experience whatsoever with them, but I'd imagine wiggling a finger really close to one could set it off, but like I said I, they're not my forte.

Spotlights make cool looking UFOs

Thought this was a pretty cool looking UFO video, though they did look like spotlights to me, so I thought I wouldn't be a lazy bugger and translate the description and sure enough.

"The spotlight being illuminated in the cloud, UFO it was visible likely."

I've actually never come across a video of spotlights looking like this before, something else to worry about me thinks, maybe they'll be the new swamp gas.

Spiralling UFO

Got quite a collection of these types of videos, they're very beautiful. The general consensus is that they're of rockets and I'd have to agree. The video shows a long bright trail in a dark sky with a small object in front, I think you can see the rockets separate in this one. There's not a lot of info with this video, I don't think it's uploaded by the original source.

Zombie Walk Warsaw 2008

Looks kind of fun, in a repetitive stress injury kind of way. This is footage of a Zombie Walk organized mainly by word of mouth where people gather and dress like zombies. Looks to have been a couple down in my neck of the woods, sadly I'm a couple years to late, all I have to look forward to now is "Boobs on Bikes" and that can't compete can it, well, yeah it kind of could.

Aaron Russo on the NWO

Interesting interview from a fella named Aaron Russo all about corruption, government, conspiracy, the war on terror, banks, Rockefeller, the new world order and their motivation, something I really want to know. If your interested in people standing up and speaking out then this is for you.

The world runs deeper than what we see on T.V, the news is current, but research the history behind what is being reported and it'll put it all into context.

Abductees, Animated Recreations

Here's a beautifully done video using animation to recreate some of the experiences of abductees, it's actually a little horrifying at the same time. The animations remind of something I'd see on "old school" sesame street, those were pretty freaky in their own right, you know... 1 2 3 4 5, 6 7 8 9 10, 11 12.

There's actually some pretty graphic animated nudity in this so be warned.
We are interested in the concept of "rescue" - from the clip.

Sensing Murder and the Psychic Challenge

There's a TV show down here in New Zealand called Sensing Murder which is very popular, the show centers around unsolved murder cases and bringing in psychics in the hope that they'll provide new leads for investigators. I enjoy the show quite a bit myself, but I do get frustrated with the lack of follow-ups, though I guess if a case were solved with their help it would be all over the news.

Another little gripe I have with the show is that they do investigate a lot of missing persons cases, they wouldn't need to go through proper lawful channels to find a body, though on every show they can find where the person was last seen or the believed spot where they passed on.

So where does the psychic challenge fit in all this, well a fella named Stuart Landsborough has challenged the Sensing Murder crew $100,000 if they can pass his tests. The main reason for posting this, well I had no idea a challenge like this existed down here in my part of the world.

Ghost Train Video

An oldie but a goody. I posted about this video on My Paranormal Life ages ago, but that version wasn't that great, this one however gives us multiple slowed down examples, though the sounds been stripped.

Still don't know if it looks like a ghost train to me, but it is an odd video for sure.

Paranormal Activities has a NEW forum

This is one of those recent distractions I was talking about in my previous post, the new integrated forums for Paranormal Activities, if you sign up here or there you'll be signed up to both sites instantly, your profile info will also be shared across both sites.

I hate to leave the old forums behind, but I created that for My Paranormal Life using a free service, it'll still be up for all that registered but I'd say I won't be around there to much anymore. The new forums are much more simpler than traditional forums and it's got a really nice laid back feel to it, all new posts, recently replied posts are displayed on the home page of the forums which I think is a nice convenient feature.

So if you have the time please give the forums a shot.

What's going on at Paranormal Activities

If I haven't posted in a week I feel like I'm letting everyone down and I haven't posted anything substantial in a few I think. I'd like to say I've been busy, but that's not true, I'm procrastinating and distracting myself with other things, at least they're constructive.

NZ Paranormal Episode 5

Brad and the gang over at NZ Paranormal have a new episode up on youtube where they are investigating a private residence, seems like a lot of paranormal activity. I actually leaned a lot about EMF detectors from this episode, I could never really grasp the concept seeing that there's a lot of electronics around the world, but I now understand that it's about consistency, if it comes and goes that's a little odd.

Paranormal Activities looking different?

So I thought I'd try something different here at Paranormal Activities, I found some code that cleaned things up a bit and I thought I'd try a lighter colour scheme. The previous colour scheme was causing major mental blocks with the imagery I want to use, with the lighter theme I feel the need to fill it up, so hopefully that will motivate me to get moving.

Needs a little more contrast and some added character.

I wonder if she was using a digital camera, takes me less than a second to switch over to video mode and start recording, as it stands, meh.

Jesse Ventura Lays the Smack Down

There's no doubt 911 happened, that there's a load of unanswered questions and that the U.S government is taking advantage of those events. In the video below former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura answers and asks questions from quite a few reporters, the interview goes into all aspects of 911, the government, pretty much everything.



"There's no such thing as a dumb question" as Ventura puts it, working in kitchens that's a phrase I hear a hell of a lot and it's true, if you don't ask you won't know and I see where he's coming from in this interview, he doesn't lay his answers down as truth or his belief, just questions he wants answers for.

I'm of the thought that 911 pretty much went down how it did, still questions need to be answered, but what I'm more worried about is how the event is used to justify what's going on now.

Ventura also mentioned the quote featured in the picture below, now tell me that isn't true of the world we're living in now.

The Saggy Pants Law - I Blame Terrorism

There's plenty of weird laws out there, there's a lot of videos pointing this fact out, from state to state, country to country, but I think for the most part no one gives a poop. But this seems pretty ridiculous, the saggy pants law introduced to combat indecency in the community. Now I don't know how widespread the law goes, but it seems where the law is the police are enforcing it, just check out the video below.



From those images it doesn't seem that indecent to me, just a couple inches of shorts. The law includes exposure of undies and/or skin... so what if someones wearing a short top that exposes the belly, seems like the same thing to me. I understand some may find saggy pants intimidating, for example down here in New Zealand all our gangs wear huge gang patches on the backs or wear very distinctive colours, but coming from my point of view saggy pants are a fashion choice. The law seems very ambiguous and could be misused.

I guess i just don't "get it".

In It's Image, About A.I and Immortality

Gotta post this one, it was long and I watched it. The video below is from an organization called In Its Image and is headed by a guy named Steve Thaler, their research is in the field of artificial intelligence and possible immortality through the use of machines.

Their A.I research talked about in the video seems plausible enough and there's hints that there are inventions out there in the world already created by their research, but they're not allowed to say what they are... don't you just hate that.

Though I can't help feel that the video is for promotional purposes and is filled with ideology. Still interesting if your into the whole future robot overlords thing.

Kererū, Wood Pigeon

I managed to capture a few quick photos of a Kererū the other day, the Kererū is a pigeon native to New Zealand, I've only really known them as the Wood Pigeon.

My fathers lived all his life in this town and he never grew up with these birds flying around, they've only just recently started appearing again, maybe in the last ten years or so and so have a lot of other native birds. It's nice to see the conservation efforts around here working out, I probably would of had to go to the nature reserve to see this bird a few years ago, nice to see them encroaching on my neck of the woods.

Nikola Tesla - The Forgotten Wizard

So up until a few days ago I knew the name Nikola Tesla but never actually knew what he had done, maybe it's because I didn't pay attention in school, I don't know. From the brief reading that I've done on him, I can't help but feel that if the guy wasn't screwed over so much we might be living in a totally different world.

The video is a short account of the mans work with electricity, his life and his inventions. I think I've found a new interest, Nikola Tesla.

NZ Paranormal Episode 4

In this episode NZ Paranormal investigate Karori Cemetery, New Zealands second biggest burial ground. It looked to be pretty eventful.

I've been there a couple times with a couple friends, we pretty much kept completely to the main road and didn't explore as deep as NZ paranormal did. The place is huge and in the dark I'd reckon you could end up completely lost if you didn't know the layout.

Even though when I've been there we kept to the well lit road, the place still plays major tricks on the eyes, it's an amazing place but investigating it seems like a mission, NZ paranormal did a great job.

The folks over at NZ paranormal have been kind enough to put a new episode of their show up on Youtube, this time they were joined by Dave Clipsom of Ghost Hunters NZ. They investigated Napier Prison this time round, located in the Hawkes Bay of New Zealand, now a backpackers. There were a couple anomalies present and throughout the episode Brad Scott gives us an introduction and the low down to the equipment they use.

Pretty cool episode, I'm just about to watch episode 4, so I'll get back to y'all in the next post.

Can I ask a tiny favor? I need some feedback

I've become a little paranoid after one of my friends visited my site and said he couldn't get beyond the homepage, so I'm a bit sketched out that maybe others are having the same problems. Plus a few other questions.

Multiple U.F.O sighting Wisconsin July 15, 2001

What I mean by "multiple" is multiple lights and multiple witnesses, it's really amazing footage, yet I can't find any info on it anywhere with the information provided by the Youtube uploader.

"Very convincing footage of the JULY 15, 2001 WISCONSIN sighting. The footage is very real and does not show any indication of any hoax. Enjoy the best of both worlds!" via youtube.

Could be the wrong dates mind you. Does anyone know this footage?

Update: Thanks to the help of the Blogsquatcher I've been able to find some new info about the events seen in the video below. It looks to have been filmed at the UFO Daze event on July 20, 2002 in Dundee, Wisconsin. Plenty of witness reports at the UFO Daze link along with a few photos and videos.

The Lost Pyramids of Caral - BBC Doco

A BBC documentary exploring the ideas behind what may have caused the dawn of civilization, was it warfare, was it trade, irrigation? Pretty interesting if your into this kind of thing, I can just imagine an idea being passed around the ancient world because it was useful, it helped everyone and made everything so much more easier, cutting out a world of pure survival and providing time for more good ideas.

It's like the internet, if you come up with something that everyone wants, something people feel they'll be better off because of knowing, it will spread across the world in minutes... dang I wish I had an idea like that, I'd be rich.

In the end I guess their conclusion explains a lot of what is wrong with our current civilization.



Just as an aside, if it's long and I watch it, I'll post it and I've got a lot of long ones to watch.

"Sky Squid" over at The Gralien Report

Saw this over at The Gralien Report and I liked what they had to say about it, better than what I had to say for sure.

It's just that video from the Discovery Channel crew of a UFO that strikingly resembles a cluster of balloons, every ones talking about, so thought I should share it.

I also enjoyed Micah's post about Theoretical Ufology, cool concept, makes watching blurry videos of lights in the sky a more compelling prospect.

Swedish lake Monster Video

Saw the picture of this lake monster from Sweden known as Storsjöodjuret a few days ago, really didn't know what the hell I was looking at, now that I've seen the video, well nothings changed, still can't see what it is. But I'll tell what what it does look like, it looks like a small worm or snake type thing floating around in a green mass of water. There's no reference points, nothing to compare the subject with and just looking at the video I'd find it hard for anyone to conclude what it is.

The video originates from the efforts of the people at this site (I Think), the site has cameras located at "The Great Lake" where the creature supposedly resides. You can also see the original video at the site.
